アメリカの大手取引所Kraken（クラーケン）が仮想通貨先物取引を提供するCrypto Facilitiesを買収したことが発表されました。

今回の買収金額は非公開となっていますが、Krakenの発表によると9桁の金額で買収を行ったと明らかにしています。今回はKraken最大の買収となるとのことです。
また今回の買収により、Krakenで仮想通貨の先物取引が開始されました。これにより、現物・先物取引が同じプラットフォーム上で行えるようになります。
